The typical properties for the use of synthetical and natural caoutchuc are:

 Tensile and breaking strength,

 Good ductility,

 Non aging,

 Slip proof and

 High abrasion resistance

These properties are achieved by carefully directed mixing and fabrication processes.

One of these processes is vulcanisation. During this process the polymeric chains of caoutchuc are brought into a netted form with sulphur.

Little sulphur (approx. 2%) will result in soft rubber (wide meshed polymeric chain net), hard rubber (also called vulcanite) contains an amount of approx. 20% sulphur and is close meshed.

For special parts which cannot be manufactured with our production system we offer the possibility to vulcanize.

We deliver small and middle sized batches as much as single parts to acceptable conditions.

The parts are made of materials like NR, SBR, NR-SBR, EPDM, CR, NBR, MVQ and FKW-mixtures.
